To All of Our Friends and Clients,

Happy New Year Everyone!

The real estate market came to a strong close in 2009, as December was again a record breaking month for the Kitchener-Waterloo Real Estate Board.

It looks as though the trend will continue to increase in the coming months. The projections are all there for a strong spring and housing inventory levels are down by 36% percent when comparing end of year 2008 with end of year 2009. For those of you who are numbers minded - I have attached the most recent statistical data as well as the media release. Happy reading.
