Hi Velibor, I'm very interested in trying to get pre-approved for a mortgage. I feel it's time to stop paying $1,100 a month in rent and putting that money towards a mortgage. In the past I've gotten many different answers about approvals, last year my bank pre-approved me for $350k and then turned around and told me $120k because they forgot to factor in my rent?? Dawn Marie had advised me that you seem to be really good at helping first time buyers.
